I came into the dealership to check out the used cars and their prices. I thought I was ready for anyone,but to my surprise I wasn't.Here comes sales rep Rob Enoch. I was ready for the sales pitch,but didn't get it. Instead, what I got was someone who actually talked with me not me. All my concerns and answers were met. The next thing I knew I was test driving a car and it was a wrap. Rob was something else!

My experience with Robert Enoch was extremely surprising. Robert patiently answered all my questions and concerns about the new Camry that I am interested in. I had left buying toyota previously because of some tainted recalls, but Robert has alleviated my hold ups. I am now ready to tread down the Toyota path again because of him. My experience at the New Rochelle Toyota was superb! I was in need of getting a new vehicle with a trade in of my older vehicle. And one of my main concerns when shopping for a vehicle is being taken advanage of because number 1 I am a female and number 2 I dont have much knowledge on vehicle's. I walked into the New Rochelle Toyota and was approached by salesman Mr. Bryan Dyer. He was very pleasant and was not overwhelming like most car dealers. I told him what I was looking for and the price range that I was able to afford then he gave me space for me to comfortably look around at the cars. When I became ready to ask him all my questions he was EXTREMLY knowledgeable and HONEST. He made me feel like I was talking to one of my closest friends. He was able to get me a really good deal and gave me a reasonable amount for my trade in. He is also very popular for being helpful because a lot of people came into the dealership asking for him and I see why. Overall I had a very good experience and I would highly recommend anyone to this dealership and of course deal with Mr. Bryan Dyer.

I purchased my current car from New Rochelle Toyota, The process was easy (no sales pressure) and their website was easy to navigate. Robert was very nice and accomodating. Overall the process was painless and easy and Robert was very knowlegable and willing to address all of our concerns. On May 13 2013 I drove my fairly older model vehicle into Toyota of New Rochelle for service repairs. It was early in the morning, I was worried, upset and all i could think about was my car driving away in a better condition. While waiting for my baby (the car that is smile), I decided to walk around the lot and look at other cars. Within a matter of moment's a sales consultant approaches me by the name of shina. Very pleasant and helpful young lady. It felt great to actually have someone to speak to about my car and its problems. I appreciate her listening to me and making me feel better about the situation that was at hand. Once I finish explaining the situation to her she responded with concern and said have you ever considered getting a new car. She started to walk the lot with me and showed me two cars I really liked. The two cars that i liked were the camry and the yaris. I notice some time have went by I told her to get back to work and she replied I am off the clock. I couldnt believe how much service she had given me off the clock. Not only did she take my focus off of my car service but she gave me a solution, which was considering getting myself into a newer vehicle. Thats priceless. My experience from the service department went very good and my waiting period was even better. I would definitely recommend the consultant shina and the dealership to my peers. I will be back...

I was shopping for a new car and I was torn between whether I should buy a Honda or a Toyota. I was so confused because I really like both brands. As soon as I walked into the New Rochelle Toyota showroom I was greeted by a beautiful young lady by the name of Sorsha Downer. She gave me such a warm greeting and offered to show me a variety of cars that suited my needs. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and made it so easy for me to choose between the two. I've been to a few dealerships and I can honestly say that this dealership stood out for all the right reasons. Ms. Downer was very attentive and payed close attention to what I was looking for and she was able to give me a GREAT DEAL my brand new Toyota Camry!
