My car was serviced at the dealer, Walter my service manager, he was awesome. My car was fixed, it is driving so much better. The only complaint is that the hand rest was cut while it was being fixed. Walter dealt with the issue, and will call me to get it fixed at a later date. Thank you Walter, you answered all my questions, and you were very pleasant and informative.

I already answered survey but the service was excellent --I called and got the appointment for the day and time I wanted. I arrived and the service to take the car and give me my service ticket was prompt--my service manager Walter Smith was courteous and helpful explaining wait time, etc. and when completed called me and again explained cost, etc. He is a good worker.

My Experience was wonderful. The agent was friendly,polite and alleviate all my fears and concerns regarding the brakes on my car. He explained the difference between the old brake system compared to the new air brakes because my car had problems slowing down or stopping before. While the agent and the overall service was excellent the advertised pedicure and manicure advertised for tuesdays to fridays was non existent. The refreshment the choice was adequate although i did not used it.
